Customer Service Advisor (temporary position of 1 year) Nordea Finance, Customer Service Leasing

In Customer Service Leasing the customer is in focus. We handle leasing and hire purchase agreements, customer requests by phone or e-mail, create documents and check that KYC and other details are in place before making settlements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Dialogue with customers by phone and e-mail
- Create documents in connection to new agreements
- Follow up, settle and maintain agreements
- Handling of daily post
- Ad hoc manual tasks of varying complexity.

Nordea Finance offers leasing financing for all segments in Nordea Bank across different industries as well as leasing financing via co-operation agreements with external suppliers, who wish to offer leasing financing of different equipment to their customers.

It is an advantage if you have experience with Leasing and KYC. Furthermore, we are looking for a quick learner as you will be working in three different IT systems.
We expect that you are detail oriented and like to solve tasks characterized by routine. As our department is under constant development it is important that you thrive in a hectic environment and that you are willing to adapt.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Fluent in Danish, written and verbal.
