What you will be doing
At our production site in Frederikssund, we are offering a challenging position in a dynamic and ambitious work environment. We are approximately 60 co-workers and in addition have a leading role for our 4 plants in China, USA and Brazil with regard to applying our technologies to be competitive. As a Manager Process Development and Industrialization you will have the tactical and operational role to develop and implement new technologies and processes as well as supporting the improvement of existing processes globally. This means that you have to work hands-on with your colleagues on the production floor sometimes, but you are also involved in the development of global strategies and development plans for corrugation production technology.
- Responsible for development and industrialization of corrugated technologies
- Lead and motivate an own team and participate in cross functional project teams
- Monitoring of existing processes, applying best practices to ensure an efficient and productive plant performance
- Act as a project manager and assure compliance with quality management requirements
- Investigate and follow up on changes / trends and initialize future improvement projects
- Technical exchange with universities and specialized companies to get a good knowledge for the development of trends and new procedures
Who we are looking for
Ideally, you hold a master’s degree in chemical / process engineering and have experience from a similar position. It will be an advantage if you already worked in a multicultural and international environment. It is expected that you master English at a professional level, both written and spoken. Danish is an asset, but no prerequisite.
