Management Partner in Digital

Working with us, you will be part of a digital organisation focusing on improving financial decision making and daily workflows for tens of thousands of medium to large corporate customers across the Nordics. Our digital business development efforts are powered by equal parts analytics and customer co-creation.
As a Management Partner for Digital Platforms & Marketing (DPM), you will be right hand to the head of DPM and the six person management team. You will be at the command centre of a modern digital organisation in a two fold role: You will be responsible for order in our house on all budget and process matters. In addition, you will secure focus on our people, who are the most important ingredient of our success.
In DPM, we are responsible for a digital platform with hundreds of billions of EUR yearly turn over, we run a complete digital development organisation and we drive our scalable go to market efforts for Markets products.
You will be the go to person for facts and figures and for a variety of cross organisational intiatives, such as:
- Budget management, forecasting and follow up
- IT project management and reporting
- People processes and people initiatives of a cultural nature
- Content and editorial ownership for various communication initiatives
The role is based in Copenhagen and part time would be an option for the right, experienced, candidate. Welcome to a diverse management team consisting of 6 managers who share strong ownership, passion for digital business and the ability to make things happen.

Your profile and background:
- Previous experience managing budgets and processes
- Proven track record in meeting goals and deliveries
- A spreadsheet and office tools whizzard
- Confident English communicator (in writing as well as verbally)
