In this role, you'll lead and support the Branch Region Risk Advisory (BRRA) team through an exciting and important change process, to enable a more agile and task oriented way of working. All with the purpose of helping Personal Banking managing its non-financial risks effectively.
In BRRA, in Personal Banking (PeB), we act as a support function for the Branch Region Risk Managers and assist PeB with the implementation of strategy, procedures and concepts focusing on operational and compliance related risks.
As Head of Branch Region Risk Advisor team, you will have the responsibility for the BRRA team with reporting line to the head of PeB Risk Management.
BRRA is on a journey with a lot of changes, which will challenge you as a leader, while the team needs to adapt and change as well.
The role is based in Vesterport, Copenhagen and consists of a team of approximately 10 people. Welcome to a team who is dedicated to make sure that excellent customers’ experience and compliance go hand in hand.

Your profile and background:
- Strong and documented communication skills and impact capability from your previous positions
- Capable of and driven by changing between operational and strategic work
- Experience as a leader, and relevant experience within compliance and risk management
- Enjoy working together with stakeholders in all parts of the value chain, and networking in the organisation
- Professional level in English and Danish
