Customer centric – Team management – Scalable processes
Reporting to the CMO you will lead an international team of competent colleagues that focus on getting our partner restaurants up and running on their own branded online ordering system as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. Today your team consists of 5 people, but it is expected to grow over the coming months and be 20+ end of 2019. When sales and production has done their part, your team takes over and make sure to have a seamless launch and implemented to the customers satisfaction. You will lead and motivate your team through clear goals and KPIs as well as oversee the continuous optimization of the partner onboarding process. You will interact with your own team, other departments in the company as well as partners – all with the aim to improve the onboarding process and ensuring that it is scalable and can support the international growth scenario.
