Cam Cam Copenhagen has experienced substantial growth since the company was started in 2014 and presently have vast market potential in a number of emerging markets. Cam Cam Copenhagen is a GOTS certified company and located in Frederiksberg.
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales, responsible for our present retailers, and future wholesale portfolio. We are looking for new colleague to analyze our emerging markets, and create and implement a sales strategy for expansion, together with our sales staff. You are good at taking initiative, ambitious, and have experience in international sales where you have created positive results.
- Create and implement wholesale sales and marketing strategies (GMT) for 2019/20 and beyond.
- Research and analyze specific emerging markets potential and develop country strategy.
- Key Account Management
- Daily leadership of Sales Team
- Trade Show participation, approx.. 8 trade shows per year
- Improve daily, weekly and monthly procedures and reports.
- Increase number of quality B2B retailers
- Forecast and budget responsibility
- Report to the company´s CEO
- This position does not include online sales
- Several years` experience in a similar position.
- Proactive at starting new activities and executing them.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective negotiator.
- Experience within interior/furniture industry, preferably within Kids Interior
- Ability to transfer the results of analysis to concrete activities.
- Natural salesperson & commercial mindset.
- Structured by nature and precise communicator.
- You keep yourself orientated about the market opportunities and developments.
- Fluent in English and preferably German.
- You are a team player
