Carlsberg Global Business Services is the global provider of business services to all functions, regions and markets in the Carlsberg Group. This includes business process design, system solutions, shared services and system operations. Global Business Services employs approx. 750 people. A tight collaboration with the local markets is established in all three regions; Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia. Carlsberg Global Business Services is situated in Hellerup.
Your new role
It is a very exciting time to be joining Carlsberg due to their significant investment and change in the Information Security & Access discipline across the Group. In the role as IAM Service Delivery Manager within Identity Access Management, you will hold a stakeholder-facing role that has global accountability for establishing and managing expectations within the department, various IT organisations across the Group and the Carlsberg business towards IAM service deliveries and drive the IAM delivery teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard.
Within the Security & Access Management discipline, you will be primary service lead for the Group. You will be in direct contact with key stakeholders such as Carlsberg’s IT employees, business users, management, project managers, and other functional experts.
As IAM Service Delivery Manager, you will act as trusted advisor and partner and therefore be involved in all areas of the business. Your primary areas of responsibility will be to manage the IAM Service Delivery as well as the internal and third party service deliveries. Furthermore, you will drive performance and quality improvement of the IAM Service Delivery as well as support security and risk controls.
What you’ll need to succeed
As IAM Service Delivery Manager you are able to link service, performance and improvement skills to the business reality and effect real change in this area. You are a naturally skilled communicator and thinks in a strategic way in order to enhance the service level for the business of Carlsberg.
You combine your skills as a specialist with a degree with emphasis on Information Technology Management or equivalent experience. Furthermore, you have an advanced knowledge of IAM process technologies, as well as of the ITIL disciplines. You will supplement the aforementioned with experience in service management or support in a large-scale multi-site environment covering incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines as well as experience in leading third parties and third party delivery services.
