Job description

As a Product Coordinator you will find yourself joining a dynamic and international environment and working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will report to the Director of Product Management and be responsible for maintaining in market products within the INVISIO portfolio.


  • The product coordinator is the Product Management focus point for in-market products.
  • Drive & Coordinates updates of Sales Packs, User guides, Datasheets, and other collaterals.
  • Support Product Marketing in preparation of marketing events, tradeshows etc.
  • Manage the product demo room and assist with training and demonstrations of the products.
  • Support with prototype management and launch preparations.
  • Initiate PLC/Variant Creation & Management in agreement with Product Category (PM) owner.
  • Help in identifying and solving Product Quality actions cross functionally.
  • Coordinate updates of in market products such as pricelist, SKU’s, product documentation etc.
  • Manage the product demo room and assist with training and demonstrations of the products.


We are looking for a candidate who has some previous experience from a high-tech company. You are a positive and committed self-starter, structured, goal-oriented and possess a solid commercial understanding. You have a very well developed sense of ownership and come across as a likeable and trustworthy professional. You are a strong team player and have a very healthy sense of humor. You will be based at our office in Hvidovre, Denmark.

The following will enhance your candidacy:

  • Experience in product marketing and/or product management.
  • Commercially relevant education at Bachelor or Masters level. (Bachelor is a must)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, and beneficial with others such as InDesign.
