The VELUX Group is currently on an exciting journey with a new corporate strategy focused on growth. As one of our HR Business Partners is due to go on maternity leave shortly, we are now looking for an interim HR Business Partner to support our corporate Strategy & Business Development function to help achieve these plans and ambitions set for growth.
Based at our Head Office in Hørsholm (just north of Copenhagen), you will support the Strategy & Business Development function with all their HR needs, ranging from recruitment, on-boarding, developing and retaining people, managing talent, planning succession and executing on our key annual HR activities.
Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partnering for Commercial and Strategy, you will also form part of a truly global HR team of around 80 employees worldwide where you will get plenty of opportunity to make use of your core competencies through participation in dynamic global HR project teams.
As part of a global organisation, you can expect to travel approx. 30 days annually – both in Denmark and internationally (mostly Europe).

You have a graduate degree and at least 5 years’ all-round HR experience with recruiting, managing performance and talent, managing compensation and facilitating annual HR activities including engagement surveys, management surveys, people reviews and organisation reviews. All this gained in an international setting.
You have a hands-on and can-do approach to business, you can switch tasks with short notice and you can keep a cool head in the process. You love taking on new tasks and you are comfortable dealing with complex tasks with high levels of uncertainty and ambiguity.
As a person, you are a team player, an excellent communicator and you collaborate easily with people from different cultural backgrounds - both internally and externally. It is important that you have worked in a global matrix organisation, that you can navigate comfortably with many different stakeholders and that you can achieve results in this type of environment.
We assume that you communicate fluently in English, both spoken and in writing.
