On behalf of Mundipharma Consumer Healthcare, Hays is looking for a highly driven, business oriented and motivated District Manager for Denmark, covering Jutland and the Funen area. As a District Manager, you will join the Nordic sales team situated in Vedbæk. The position reports to the Commercial Head Nordic Region.
Your new role
As District Manager, you will drive your own district and be responsible for meeting the sales plans and activity targets of prioritized products in the Jutland and Funen area. You will prepare sales visits to targeted customers in alignment with the marketing strategy, which you will execute and provide input to, and prepare and implement individual KOL plans in alignment with the brand strategy. In this role, you will develop a district plan to ensure sales results through successful long-term relationship with relevant customers. You will be responsible for analysing the market in own district according to target customers, competitors and sales activities together with proactive monitoring and managing sales force effectiveness development within own district. In addition, you will engage in preparing for launches of new products to build the newly established Consumer Healthcare Business of Mundipharma.
What you’ll need to succeed
The preferred candidate possesses an educational background in healthcare or life sciences. You possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within consumer healthcare and/or from the pharmaceutical industry, holding valuable knowledge and a proven track record within sales and stakeholder engagement. You are accustomed to interact with KOL´s and healthcare professionals in relation to pharmacies in your district. You have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; a natural talent in catching and capturing your audience. Fluency in Danish and English is a must. On a personal note, you are an ambitious professional and a distinct team player. You possess a strategic and commercial mind-set and thrive in a dynamic, independent and entrepreneurial environment.
