Omnichannel Brand Manager

Do you want to use your strong digital marketing background to help MSD leveraging the best digital tools and solutions to the people who prescribe our products as well as those who benefit from our treatments? You will help us become relevant and valuable to our customers, patients and to consumers through all appropriate channels.

We need you to accelerate MSD PCVA digital ambitions  

As our new Omnichannel Brand Manager, you play an important role in driving the ongoing digital transformation of our go to market model across PCVA franchises. You consider both personal and digital channels critical to the way we collaborate and interact with our customers.

MSD is investing heavily in digital marketing and you will help us explore and implement everything from advanced digital marketing campaigns to analytics, content development, development of technology enabled solutions, explore new channels and more.

You understand that everything we do is founded on customer insights, so you will engage with customers to identify real customer needs. As you have experience from health care, you already understand the restrictive environment in which we operate, but you also see it as a challenge to explore new approaches, always within our own strict ethical code of conduct and local regulations.

The transformation is ongoing, so your work will also include internal knowledge-sharing outside PCVA ensuring we leverage all the new ways of working and get the right processes and capabilities in place.

Along with the cross-franchise responsibility for digital solutions, you will also be responsible for our product within Cardiology. This will (as times goes) provide you with the understanding of how MSD works with our brands and give you full accountability for this brand.

Qualifications

You bring a strong digital and technology mindset and a great track record

You are probably a digital native with experience from a digital marketing agency within healthcare or a similar in-house role within another pharma company and you have a relevant degree in business or health sciences. But you definitely have proven hands-on experience and a strong track record delivering successful digital marketing tools and/or communication solutions with an international flavor.

As a person, you are ambitious, curious and an executer. You have the maturity and patience required to work in a heavily regulated industry and within a strict compliance environment. The pharma industry in

general is a late starter in the digital transformation of marketing activities, and you consider it an exciting opportunity to demonstrate what it has been missing out on and bring your colleagues along the way on this journey.

When working at MSD you are encouraged to stay curios and seek future opportunities across the organization, locally and globally. Fluency in Danish and English is a requirement for the role and 2-3 weeks of travel per year should be expected.
