QA Business Analyst
ALK offers a unique job opportunity in a dynamic and challenging environment. The position is with reference to the Senior Director of the Global Quality Systems Department located in Hørsholm. You will be part of a team consisting of highly professional people.
As QA Business Analyst you will work with compliance as well as efficiency projects in close cooperation with stakeholders. You will analyse data flows and implement improvements related to data integrity, harmonisation, data reviews and reporting. Furthermore, you will contribute to the ongoing maintenance and optimization of ALK´s Quality Management Systems. You will have a global role interfacing with many parts of the organisation.
Field of responsibility
Your main work tasks will be:
- Analyse data flows in close cooperation with the business, IT and IT QA
- Design and drive improvement projects related to data integrity in close collaboration with stakeholders:
- Change requests for the IT systems
- Changes in paper flows
- Implementation of regular data and audit trail reviews in Line of Business
- Train and support the sites in Hørsholm, Spain, France and the US
- Participate in, or drive improvement projects related to reporting and Business Intelligence
As QA Business Analyst you will work across the entire organisation and with many different stakeholders.
Independent and proactive with excellent communication skills
You hold an academic degree in Engineering, Pharmacy or Natural Science. You have at least five years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry with a solid business understanding and knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines about data integrity. Furthermore, you have an understanding of how IT systems support processes. Preferably, you have experience with Project Management and are used to lead cross functional project teams.
As a person you are able to work independently and have an ambitious mind-set. You are proactive, service-minded and a profound team player. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, and you master English at a high professional level.
