Key Account Manager

As Key Account Manager you will undertake a Key Position in further strengthening the relationship with existing clients in Jutland. Euler Hermes is an international financial institution, who has a long track record and a solid and profitable client base.

Referring to your client portfolio – which is being created within the new-bizz sales team – it will be your responsibility to maintain and further develop the business relationship with your clients.  After contract signing you will be handed-over the client relationship via a co-visit with the Sales Manager, and the full responsibility for the relationship including dialogue and business will be yours. Hence, you will continuously ensure that Euler Hermes at all times is Top of mind with your clients to ensure that most possible business is being provided Euler Hermes.

You refer directly to the CEO in Denmark, and you will be part of a team consisting of other Key Account Managers and New-bizz Managers. Working from your home in Jutland, you will on a monthly basis participate in the internal team meetings in the office in Copenhagen.

Attractive client relationship position based in Jutland

Ideally your educational background is in the field of economics/finance/banking or similar. What is most important is your experience within B2B client relationship management on a portfolio management basis in the medium-sized or large corporate segment. Hence, you have min. 5 years of experience from maintaining/expanding the business relationship with existing clients.

You have probably worked in the area of financing/economics from which you have gained some insight into the financial perspective of dealing with clients e.g. outstanding debt, minimizing risk, risk protection etc. This could be from credit insurance, factoring, leasing, or banking/financing in general. Knowledge/experience from credit assessments/insurance is not a requirement but will be considered an advantage.

You are business-oriented, proactive, results-driven and motivated by managing a client portfolio. You work independently and proactively with a relationship-building approach and excellent communication/ presentation/negotiation skills. You are fluent in Danish/English – both in speak/writing. You will be visiting clients primarily in Jutland and working from your home address.
