Job Description: 

You will be joining the HR function which supports our Global Office in Copenhagen. You will be reporting to the Director of HR, Global Office and have strong daily cooperation with the HR Business Partners for each of PANDORA’s business areas. You will have great opportunities to influence your job with your experience and ideas, and to develop further knowledge of our full supply chain and the strong PANDORA values that will help guide the recruitment process.

Your areas of responsibilities:  

As a recruiter you will be involved in all business areas such as IT, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product and design and others. 

You will be responsible for your own recruitment projects and drive a professional recruitment process from A to Z together with the hiring managers in the business, and their HR Business Partners.
In this position you will definitely shape the future of your position and you can expect to elevate the following job assignments:

  • Ensure world class candidate experience when meeting PANDORA
  • Sparring on job and candidate profiles – and challenge them!
  • Create compelling job ads
  • Screening and selection, including using social media to research and contact relevant candidates
  • Conducting first and second round of interviews including psychometrical test feedback
  • Handle communication and administration of candidates
  • Keep an updated overview of active recruitment processes.

What is needed to succeed: 

We expect you to have at least three years of experience in recruitment, where you have been responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle for hiring managers. 
We value your practice from either a large company or a search/selection firm, where you have gained substantial experience in providing the very best recruitment support. We expect you to be updated on recent recruitment matters for you to bring new trends and ideas to the team. You are independent, proactive and action-oriented and take a pride in advising our hiring managers.

  • Experience in working with recruitment systems and MS Office
  • Excellent networking, coaching and communication skills
  • You work fast following the business pace but thoroughly with high quality
  • Service minded, but you can also challenge the managers by providing new ideas to improve the result
  • Communicate fluently in Danish and English verbally as well as in writing
  • You see yourself as a team player interested in an independent work culture
  • You work in a structured manner and can drive several processes simultaneously

Additional information: 

We are looking for two recruiters to join the HR team.
Both roles are  based in the PANDORA Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. 
No travel should be expected.
