We are looking for a student assistant to help us with the transition to SharePoint online.
About the department
GDD Business Support is part of the Global Drug Discovery (GDD) organisation which is responsible for the development of new treatment options within the targeted therapy areas in Novo Nordisk.
We are a total of 13 dedicated employees with a variety of professional backgrounds ranging from technical to business. This mix is required to support both the Global Drug Discovery organisation and Global Research Technologies (GRT) counting approximately +1.300 employees located across sites in Denmark, US, India, China and UK. The department is responsible for project management of implementation projects, business ethics, quality, outsourcing, shipping in order for the research organisation to deliver state of the art Drug Discovery. The tone in the unit is informal and we are a group of people that give high priority to maintain a good working atmosphere.
Globeshare is our intranet platform, will be migrated to the SharePoint online platform during 2019.
This will give us better search options, improve content governance and smooth integration across Office 365 etc. To ensure a seamless migration of our publishing site content we need a helping hand in rebuilding the sites/pages, all in close collaboration with the 'customers' in GDD. Appropriate training will be ensured.
You will be reporting to the head of GDD Business Support on a weekly basis (20 hours/week).
Preferably you are currently pursuing a degree in Natural Science, IT, or equivalent. You are detail-oriented, structured, a fast learner, service minded, possess strong communication skills and you have an out-going personality.
