Senior QA Professional

Position

ALK offers a unique job opportunity in a dynamic and challenging environment. The position is with reference to the Senior Director of the Global Quality Systems Department located in Hørsholm. You will be part of a team consisting of highly professional people.

As Senior QA Professional, your goal is to work with the Corporate Quality Management processes and related IT systems, such as Deviation, CAPA, Change Management, Complaints, Document Management and Training in close cooperation with stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be contributing to the ongoing leaning of quality processes, providing support and effective training to line of business. You will have a global role interfacing with many parts of the global ALK organisation.

Field of responsibility

Your main work tasks will be:

  • Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of corporate procedures, templates, IT systems/tools and other supportive documents related to the Quality Management System
  • Design and drive improvement projects related to key Quality Management processes
  • Represent the business needs in the technical setup of IT systems used for documenting quality activities
  • Support line of business in leaning and simplifying the local SOP-hierarchies for quality processes
  • Execute training activities related to implementation of corporate processes and IT systems
  • Improve reports incl. usage of Business Intelligence 
  • Communicate with stakeholders

As Senior QA Professional, you will work across the entire organisation with many different stakeholders with a variety of tasks.

Your qualifications

Independent and proactive with excellent communication skills

You hold an academic degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or Natural Science. You have at least five years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry with a solid business understanding of quality management systems and knowledge of regulatory requirements. Preferably, you have project management experience and experience in engaging and leading cross functional project teams.

As a person you are able to work independently, able to set direction and have an ambitious mind-set. You are proactive, service-minded and a profound team player. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, and you master English at a high professional level.
