Your new company

TDC is in the midst of an exciting transformation where their network operations and infrastructure split in to an independent company. This presents a unique opportunity to build all central business processes and systems from scratch and requires several new specialists and managers. They are embarking on an exciting journey that no one has done at this scale and complexity.

NetCo IT is servicing in NetCo Wholesale and its customers, Network and On-Site. Customers of Wholesale are Service Providers of which one is OpCo. Thus, internal cooperation is key in a cross functional stakeholder landscape.
In NetCo IT they build and develop the future IT organization from scratch - ending with a full end to end IT organization capable of developing and maintaining connectivity services. Several big transformational projects need to change everything from the way they work to the architecture of their systems. Can you drive major change and deliver results in a demanding environment?

Your new role

Amidst this big transformation, you will be acting as delivery executive and overseeing the program in your area, having an overview and allocating the necessary resources for it to run smoothly. You will also take part on creating a simple and efficient solution when the default answer for a project is complex and resource consuming.

You will manage and deliver key strategic IT project and programs successfully and ensure proactive follow-up and support to stakeholders in IT projects while establishing and managing effective relationships (internal and external) so their needs are mutually understood, expectations managed, and customer satisfaction achieved.

Your primary stakeholder will be the strategy part of business across NetCo Enterprise working with a wide variety of sponsors.

You will also ensure highly motivated participants in the projects enabling successful project delivery and implementation and participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.

What you'll need to succeed

The position requires a person with a proven track record of delivering simple solutions for complex environments. Furthermore, ideally 5-10 years of relevant experience with senior IT project & program management positions in large complex organizations, and/or a background from Management Consultancy. You should be Telecom/IT/Technology savvy, understanding of the main business processes and strategic issues and proven ability to successfully manage change, monitoring complexity, diversity and risks. Lastly, you have excellent people skills, coaching and feedback and creating a winning team culture.
