Pandora is looking for an experienced, capable and dynamic Project Manager to join the Global Product Management team located at Pandora's global office

Job Description:

Your primary role will be to manage the long-term product innovation roadmap and oversee cross-functional projects related to complex product concepts or product innovations. You will work closely together with the product managers in the team as well as relevant departments across the organization e.g. Operations, Design, Research & Development, Product Development, Consumer Insights, and Marketing.

Your areas of responsibilities:

In this position you will definitely shape the future of your position and you can expect to elevate the following job assignments:

  • Own and manage the long-term product innovation roadmap
  • Facilitate governance processes incl. senior leadership involvement
  • Deliver pipeline workshops with input from across functions
  • Drive and deliver a variety of complex product and innovation projects with stakeholders from across the business incl. product management, design, marketing and product development functions
  • Drive selected special projects related to product management

What is needed to succeed:

The successful candidate must be well-structured with strong project management skills, capable of handling several project streams with different timelines in parallel. Well-developed communication skills are essential for stakeholder management across functions and for navigating different personal profiles. A team first mentality is crucial for success in Pandora. 3-5 years experience with project management from previous jobs is expected.

  • Holds a Master degree (MSc) within Economics or Business
  • 3-5 years working experience from a project management driven job, preferably from a strategy consultancy or an international company
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Structured and result oriented
  • Solid commercial understanding with experience in data analytics
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and embrace change with an open mindset
  • Fluent in English, oral and writing

As a person you are a problem solver, structured and analytical. You are very hands-on and accepts both routine tasks as well as new development projects. You have a collaborative and flexible approach to work, a good sense of humour, and a friendly and helpful attitude

Your new team:

You will get an exciting role in a dynamic team with many cross-functional interfaces and frequent dialogue with both production, design and marketing. You will be part of a company in an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited, passionate and performance-driven people. We are a busy department of 15 people, who work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone. The position reports to the VP Product Management and will be part of the Group Product team at PANDORA Headquarter.
