Student Assistant, Global PR
PANDORA’s global PR team is offering an assistant position for a dedicated, motivated and entreprenuerial student/graduate with a creative mindset to join the team and gain valuable insight into an entry level role in PR.
As student assistant at PANDORA’s global office you will form part of the brand’s Global PR Team within the Group Marketing division. You role is to provide comprehensive support in the development and management of all global PR tools and as well as other tasks, such as events and media monitoring reports.
Your areas of responsibilities:
In this position you will definitely shape the future of your position and you can expect to elevate the following job assignments:
- Supporting the PR Director and Managers on all daily tasks
- Supporting the production of global PR toolkits
- Project managing internal newsletters and PR intranet
- Supporting team on practical projects such as events and other productions
- Leading the external distribution of global press materials
- Supporting ad hoc assignments
What is needed to succeed:
- Currently studying PR, communication or marketing, with particular interest in lifestyle and fashion
- Documented experience in project management and marketing
- Interest in and understanding of the national and international media and influencer landscape
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication
- Ability to work independently and flexibly as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with defined deadlines
- Highly organised, structured approach with attention to detail
