Student Assistant, Brand Design, Global Marketing


Job Description:

As a Student Assistant in Brand Design you will be part of a small team of Student Assistants who, in close collaboration with the rest of the marketing department and our design department, support our photoshoots and events with jewellery, assist with our Graphic Designers booking system and support our Data Asset Management platform with marketing material and product information.

You will have multiple tasks where good and service minded communication skills and cross-team collaboration abilities is key. An interest in jewellery and a natural flare for trends and fashion would be beneficial, but not a must.

Your areas of responsibilities:

The Student Assistant position is our teams go-to person with knowledge of past, current and future collections. You can expect the following job assignments:

  • Support photoshoots with jewellery.
  • Manage our in-house jewellery stock.
  • Conduct annual inventory count.
  • Assist with developing and proofreading creative content.
  • Support our Resource Manager with Graphic Designer bookings.
  • Manage various tasks in our internal team.
  • Support our Marketing department with ad hoc assignments.
  • Support our DAM/PIM when needed.

What is needed to succeed:

  • You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop are an advantage, but not a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with several tasks during the day.
  • Highly organized and structured approach with attention to details.
  • Good English skills both written and oral.

Additional information:

The number of hours per week will be approximate 15 hours/week.

Worktime and hours can be planned around your studies.
