Visiopharm is now offering the opportunity to advance your sales career in a fast moving and innovative market of biological research as they are looking for two Sales Development Representatives.
Your new role
On behalf of our client, Visiopharm, Hays is offering an exciting role as Sales Development Representative. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious person who sets a high bar for customer interactions. You will be joining the Sales team where you will be responsible for supporting the team through lead generation. Furthermore, this role will include significant interaction with the Sales and Marketing department due to the importance of continuously optimizing sales campaigns to properly promote brand awareness and lead generation. In this role you will be working with market analysis, identifying key accounts and contacts, territory segment mapping and cold/warm calling potential leads. Furthermore, you will be a part of a new cold calling 2.0 initiative to reinvent healthcare prospecting. It is additionally expected that you will find key decision makers throughout an organization by creating conversational questioning techniques, and work through prospect pain funnels to help them better their understanding of current struggles.
What you'll need to succeed
The preferred candidate possesses a relevant bachelor's degree. Familiarity with enterprise email marketing and/or marketing automatic solutions is a plus, and it is appreciated if you are a networking expert with superb verbal, phone and written communication skills. English is essential to the position and preferably you also speak another language on a professional level such as German or French, but it is not a must. The right candidate likes to work independently, is comfortable taking direction and performs with minimal constructive input. You must be eager to succeed in a strong team environment and enjoy being a part of an innovational and entrepreneurial spirit that is the trademark of Visiopharm.
