About the department
Novo Nordisk is a global healthcare company with Diabetes as the main therapy area. QC Packaging Materials is responsible for quality control of printed and primary packaging materials to production lines in Denmark and abroad. Our focus is to deliver a high-quality control to agreed deadlines and budgets every time. We are 48 employees divided into three teams; two QC teams and one support team. You will refer to the support manager, but your assignments will cover the hole of the department.
Your overall objective is to help us meet the department goals within quality control of packaging materials. As a student assistant in our department you should expect a wide range of different assignments, from practical to more complex data processing assignments. We are looking for a talented student with an interest in cLEAN and process optimisation who wants to get experience from working in a leading global company in the pharmaceutical industry. The position offers great opportunities for functional and personal development as well as getting experience from a company dedicated to improving patient life quality all over the world. Taking part in various optimisation projects in collaboration with the department stakeholders is important for this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for various administrative and data analytics tasks.This position is in Smørmosevej 17-19, 2880 Bagsværd, Denmark
We expect you to possess the following qualification:
- Studying at university within production and process optimisation
- Very strong Excel skills, keen interest and flair for IT systems – expected you are a fast learner
- Analytical and proactive mind-set
- Outgoing and with go communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Fluent in Danish and English
We believe that the right candidate has excellent analytical skills, high proficiency in Excel and a proactive, outgoing and quality mind-set. It would be a large advantage if you are familiar with VBA coding and Tableau. The working time will be 15-20 hours a week, during normal working hours. The position offers a high level of flexibility and your work can be planned according to your study schedule.
