Key Account Manager
- for installation and servicing of wind turbines

Then we have the perfect job for you as Key Account Manager at Global Wind Service in Fredericia. You will report directly to the CCO.
Value-based solution selling
You will be a key player in achieving the growth strategy of the organisation. The customers are primarily located in Europe, and your contacts can be both project managers and purchasing departments of OEMs. In your job, you will be working closely together with the project department to which a thorough and comprehensive handover should take place from sales to delivery. You are to assume co-responsible for the delivery of the solutions sold, including financial aspects, and follow up on whether we deliver successfully. Your objective is quite simply to sell and create results together with the team. Your tool is genuine solution-oriented sales, where you will focus on creating value for the customer. The accomplished internal sales team will provide technical support regarding submission of tenders, following up on orders and service, but you will be leading the way. Thus, your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing and developing your own customer portfolio and securing strong relations and long-term partnerships
- Driving large tender processes
- Contributing with structure and sales systematic to ensure customer focus and a proactive sales effort and approach
- Negotiation of contracts, including understanding commercial conditions and consequences
- Ensuring internal coordination, handover and involvement towards Operations
Being responsible for selected key accounts, you will have a very independent and challenging job in a highly international environment and industry - an industry that is constantly growing. Furthermore, you should expect approx. 45-50 travelling days per year.
Solid experience with technical sales
You possess a strong drive and strong analytical skills. You might have a commercial education combined with experience in technically related sales or the other way around, and you have worked within the industry or in a job related to the industry, e.g. as a supplier or customer. Your questioning technique is second to none, and you, thus, leave your meetings knowing that you have uncovered all possible aspects of needs and sales opportunities. Moreover, you are able to acquaint yourself with contractual conditions and translate them into risk management and calculations, and you are also experienced in large tender processes. You are able to sell based on references translated into solutions, and your success will, to a wide extent, depend on you being trustworthy in your sales approach. On a more personal note, you are a strong team player who understands the importance of good relations. You are hands-on and outgoing, and you work proactively, persistently and in a structured way. Finally, you have excellent communication skills and master English at negotiation level.
