Position / Department / Reporting

Startdate – ASAP (Target date is 1 November 2019)

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Provide commercially focused, pragmatic generalist and technical HR expertise to enable the delivery of high and sustained business performance and best practice through targeted HR interventions, including: 

A. leading and influencing cultural and organizational change
B. Talent management & recruitment
C. Employee relations
D. Reward and recognition
E. Learning and development

  • Coach and support management teams to instill a high-performance culture for all employees
  • Champion the implementation of HR strategy within the context of customer requirements
  • Undertake specific project work to enable implementation of the HR plans, policies and procedures, adding value to the whole business
  • Ensure that all HR matters are dealt with proactively and in a timely manner, and working with the HR team to manage key processes such as pay and bonus reviews in conjunction with the EMEA centres of excellence
  • Develop and analyse management information reporting to business managers and HR as needed
  • Participate in selection activities for mid to senior roles 
  • Work with managers and other HR team members to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new recruits
  • Responsible for delivery of HR administration 
  • Experience with elaboration and implementation of HR policies/Handbooks
  • Contract administration
  • Benefits administration
  • Pension schemes and administration

Expected areas of competences

  • Strong HR generalist experience: should know and manage the HR annual wheel activities (Performance Management Process)
  • Strong HR administrative competencies (although this role will be supported by an HR assistant – timing to be decided):

A. Experience with outsourced payroll preferably
B. Experience with elaboration and implementation of HR policies/handbooks
C. Contract administration
D. Benefits administration
E. Pension schemes and administration

  • Experience with Talent Management & Development
  • Experience as a participant in a Management Team
  • Experience with recruitment in a sales organization
  • Experience with competence development in a sales organization
  • Experience when it comes to Danish and Swedish labour legislation - THIS IS A MUST
  • Engagement Survey activities – workshops, activity planning, follow-up
  • Financial/Numerical skills: Quite important as this is a finance driven organization and the requirements for reporting, budgeting etc. are somewhat complex and demanding
  • HANDS ON

Education / experience requirements

  • BSc / MSc (or equivalent) – HR or BA related
  • Preferably experience in a Nordic region setup in an international/global company
  • Preferably experience managing an HR function in more than 1 Nordic country
  • Proven operational generalist HR experience operating at a similar level, providing dedicated support to an internal client
  • Experience of dealing with cultural integration, harmonization of terms and conditions of employment and complex organizational change in a commercially focused environment
  • Experience of using HR SAP and reporting would be advantageous, although not essential
  • Experience with outsourced payroll preferable
  • Fluent in English + 1 Nordic Language (either DK, SE or NO)
  • Strong IT skills 
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Independent and with capacity for managing complex responsibility

Travel requirements: 

  • Has own drivers license
  • Regular travel to Malmoe + Gothenburg and occasional travel to Oslo and Helsinki

Approx 20 to 30 days annually, however dependent on business requirements                    

Residence: DK Copenhagen / Zealand Region - Driving distance from the ZB Albertslund office
