Student Assistant, Group Procurement

Working in Group Procurement, you will become part of a global procurement department covering the indirect spend of PANDORA, which covers several different spend categories related to Marketing, Point of sales material, our PANDORA stores, professional services, warehouse & transportation and others.
Your responsibility will be to support your colleagues with sourcing and procurement related projects or support in the field of data and analytics. These can vary from running tenders to supporting the roll out of and follow-up on new processes.

Your areas of responsibilities:
You will have an active role in running projects, get exposed to a variety of tasks and work with stakeholders from all levels in the organization. It is expected that you will take responsibility for own tasks. The tasks will vary but will typically be related to:
- Support Procurement colleagues with various tasks on ongoing projects
- Project management of own smaller projects/tasks
- Various data analysis
- Create and deliver presentations
- Support the implementation of new processes across the global organization
- Dialogue with suppliers on various tasks such as compliance etc.
- Data quality work and ad hoc admin work related to contract management etc.
What is needed to succeed:
- Excellent communication in English
- Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
- A general interest in Procurement related disciplines
- Great interpersonal skills as we interact with all departments across PANDORA
- Flair for creating solid and clear presentations in PowerPoint.
Your personal qualifications makes a difference:
You might be the person we are looking for if you are a humble and enthusiastic team player currently studying for your Master’s Degree and with 1 year or more before you graduate. You are proactive, hungry and a proven high performer; either through your studies, extracurricular activities, or previous work experience. You are to work independently and not afraid of taking ownership and initiative. And you are eager to work for the best jewelry brand in the world!

Start date during September. Working hours per week: On average 15-20; less around exams and more when possible and required.
