Job Description 

Say hello to the Consumer Data and Insights team at Pandora. We’re a group of data-driven professionals who support the global marketing teams at Pandora with advanced analytics and actionable insights. 

For the Pandora Global Office, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Data Privacy Manager to support our privacy efforts from a marketing and consumer perspective. We need you who can take the lead on developing and maturing sustainable compliance solutions throughout Pandora, who’s not afraid to wield the pen and at the same time can succeed in connecting the business, legal and IT to support and grow our efforts on privacy. You have great coordination skills, a natural sense of structure and you thrive with getting things done. 

You’ll be responsible for managing complex processes and policies in the fields between compliance, marketing and customer experience. You’ll be maintaining and developing privacy initiatives owned and operated by Global Marketing and drive the implementation of these throughout Pandora globally. You’ll take the lead by establishing and operationalizing privacy processes and policies combined with continuously ensuring a good customer experience. You’ll be working closely with your colleagues in Global Marketing as well as dedicated privacy colleagues in Customer Relations, the EMEA region, IT and Legal.

Your areas of responsibilities:  

You’ll ensure efficient and transparent processes and policies and ensure that these are well-documented, well-communicated and continuously improved. You’ll be preparing and managing roll-out and implementation of key privacy initiatives driven by Pandora’s global privacy strategy as well as ensuring continuous compliance, and you’ll be supporting the global as well as regional marketing departments, Customer Relations, Legal and IT on day-to-day operational matters related to privacy. You will be the single point of contact for the Global Marketing on privacy/GDPR.

You can expect to be responsible for the following job assignments: 

  • Take lead on, implement and maintain marketing and consumer-related privacy initiatives throughout Pandora globally in collaboration with key stakeholders,
  • Ensure that proper policies related to Global Marketing’s activities are in place and continuously updated,
  • Implement proper procedures and processes to support existing policies, processes and initiatives,
  • Be responsible for maintaining and streamlining Pandora’s processes on consumer data subject rights as well as supporting and coordinating with relevant stakeholders,
  • Act as Data Steward and anchor point for the Marketing organization and point-of-contact on GDPR/privacy matters
  • Ask the right questions in order to balance business needs with compliance requirements

What is needed to succeed: 

You may hold a marketing, compliance or project manager background combined with a strong business understanding. Or you are experienced with understanding complex requirements and transforming these into workable processes and customer-friendly policies. 

  • You hold a relevant degree, minimum a bachelor
  • You have experience with policy work and have strong writing skills
  • You can independently drive and manage projects from A to Z
  • You possess excellent stakeholder management skills
  • You have good communication and presentation skills
  • You are able to transform ideas into reality and make it practical
  • You have experience from working in a global organization, in marketing, e-commerce and/or tech company
  • A genuine interest for compliance/privacy is an advantage, but not a must

Additional information: 

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 10 days a year.
