Finance Business Partner, Group Marketing

Group FP&A is responsible for the commercial business partnering to our marketing activities across PANDORA. In order to provide the insight from the functional area on a group level, we need to be close to our stakeholders and establish a business partnering environment. Our aim is to provide timely and relevant analyses within this area and ensure that the business gets the transparency and knowledge when necessary, and ideally before this is requested. The Finance Business Partner will act as a core team member in both the marketing and the finance organizations, and interact with key stakeholders such as Top Management and global Finance and Marketing colleagues around the world.
Your areas of responsibility:
As Finance Business Partner in Commercial Business Partnering, you will be part of the team responsible for performance management and analyses support for the functional areas. You will be part of the workforce assisting on transparency within our strategic Programme NOW, handled by TMO Finance. Further, you will deliver insights for recurring reporting deliverables to drive the marketing agenda and support the Management Team, Board of Directors and other stakeholders. Being a member of our team, you will have your own portfolio of tasks, but also drive processes and tasks in cooperation with your colleagues – and most important challenge status quo. Among your tasks on Group FP&A or TMO will be to:
- Plan, prioritize and perform development of the performance management in the Marketing organization
- Support senior stakeholders with business analyses and commercial insights providing our view and understanding of the performance development
- Run the recurring reporting process with focus on right insights, efficiency and proper controls to ensure a high quality level
- Support on business cases within Programme NOW workstreams anchored in the marketing organization.
What is needed to succeed:
We imagine that you have a solid FP&A toolbox obtained through previous experience in business partner roles, FP&A teams or project participation, optimally from a commercially oriented organization. Further, it is important that you:
- Understand the links between P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow and its interactions with performance management and how they affect various KPI’s
- Has an educational background matching the needs of the position
- You have experience from organizations with focus on execution, e.g. within the retail sector, a company in transformation or similar.
