In this job, you will help to shape communications and knowledge sharing across Chemistry, Manufactuing and Control Development, a part of R&D in Novo Nordisk.
About the department
The job is located in the Executive Office in CMC Development – we help Senior Management in strategic communications and facilitate knowledge flows across the organisation. We are a small team supporting the management group.
As part of Novo Nordisk’s R&D family, CMC Development makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture and distribute drug candidates for non-clinical and clinical trials which is a complicated journey that requires about 10 years of dedicated work in CMC Development. CMC Development employs approximately 1,200 employees. CMC Development is an ambitious organisation with a strong culture. We always seek to solve problems, have an eye for the entire business and do our best to deliver despite any obstacles along the way.
We offer a challenging position as a Communications student with the following key responsibilities:
Written communications; identify interesting and relevant stories, write engaging and informative content, publish quarterly newsletters, create content for intra web and support R&D news flow.
Communications assistance to SVP and Executive Office; support building story lines and power point materials, develop campaigns and event communications.
Web communications; support team with updates of intra web as well as transition to new platform
Ad hoc tasks; run small individual ad hoc tasks and projects to support management group and team.
You either currently pursue a communications-oriented degree on the third year of your Bachelor's or you are already a Master Student. In addition, you are fluent in both verbal and written English, and used to translate business targets into compelling and engaging news stories. You are detail oriented, structured, a fast learner, service minded, and you have an out-going personality.
Moreover, you work comfortably with MS Office (expert in power point) and is familiar with web content management systems.
