Job description and areas of responsibility:
Our colleague has undertaken new tasks and responsibilities within Group Legal, and we are therefore looking for a bright mind to join our energetic and commercially oriented team as Legal Counsel, handling Corporate Legal & Regulatory Affairs in Pandora. You will manage and ensure compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) in general, and with disclosure requirements and insider matters in particular. Further, you will ensure compliance with the Shareholder Rights Directive as well as maintain, refine and oversee Pandora's existing frameworks related to general corporate matters, company law and the overall compliance with the Danish Recommendations on Corporate Governance. In addition, you will:
- Participate in the preparation of meetings in the board of directors and board committees
- Prepare for and manage the execution of Pandora's AGM in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute in the preparation of the Annual Report in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments
- Ensuring collaboration and stakeholder management between Group Legal and other.
You will report directly to the VP, Group Legal & General Counsel who will be your closest ally in your daily ventures.
What is needed to succeed:
We imagine that you have 3-5 years of experience working with legal and regulatory compliance, primarily related to the capital markets area, and MAR in particular, company law and corporate governance. Also, we find it relevant that you:
- Have a Master's degree in law or an MSc in business administration and commercial law
- Come with experience from an in-house position - this is a benefit, but certainly not a pre-requisite
- Bring your strong business acumen and experience with risk-, project- and stakeholder management
- Possess profound written and verbal communication skills both in Danish and English.

As a person you take responsibility for driving and managing your tasks independently from start to finish, and you have a good sense of judgement of when sparring and feedback is needed. You are very well-structured and organized, able to balance complex information and different kinds of considerations and show good judgement. You are also able to see the long-term significance and wider consequences and adapt accordingly. Stakeholder management as well as maintaining and strengthening relationships are skills that are reflected very well in your personality. Further, you:
