With Kinetico, you can develop your sales career in a growing world leader within sustainable water softening and filtration systems.
You will report to the Senior Sales Manager in Denmark and work closely with your 8 colleagues in the Customer Development Team, counting other sales and technical staff.
You will be developing selected European markets with an initial focus on German speaking markets.
With time, you will get the opportunity to expand your area of responsibility to other countries in Europe, and you get the chance to set the direction. Your new position will take you travelling 30-50 days a year to meet your key accounts and to build up and maintain long-term relationships.
Shape our future growth
You will focus on B2B solution-based selling to new and existing customers through lengthy and complex sales processes. Our customers include manufacturing companies in different industries such as HORECA or Healthcare and you tailor each project according to their needs and resources. With a high degree of professionalism and integrity, you:
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- Successfully prospect new opportunities and build the market via established relationships to e.g. channel partners, distributors and general networking.
- Develop and manage your region by developing forecasts, quota attainments, sales representations and short-, mid-, and long-term opportunity management.

- It is an advantage if you have some experience with solution-based selling
- You have technical understanding
- You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken German, English and other languages is an asset.
