Then join our highly valued Customer Support Team in Denmark, Køge.

We are currently looking for a new assistant for our Back Office team who is responsible for supporting our internal as external clients, with regard to our water treatment products.

We maintain relations and support clients and colleagues across the organization and in most part of the world.

The job:

You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, sales orders, invoices and support our clients solving problems. You will also be responsible for some of our suppliers and purchases. Our goal is to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and you will be an important part of that. On a daily basis, you must be able to communicate effectively with different levels of the client organization. You will be expected to provide our clients with professional advice and assist in identifying and solving issues. You will be part of a team, but will have a high degree of personal responsibility and empowerment to make valuable decisions.

Your qualifications

We are looking for candidates with professional experience and skills that include:

  • Experienced within Customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish, English as well as German
  • Service-minded and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Works systematically
  • Positive and outgoing attitude
  • Shows dedication and great drive
  • Good at multi-tasking and can effectively manage time in order to meet our clients expectations
  • Adaptable and can handle frequent changes
  • Able to work independently as well as in teams
  • If you have technical flair/understanding, this will be an advantage
