Student Assistant, Governance, Risk & Compliance
Are you our new Student Assistant? Pandora is looking for an energetic colleague to help drive compliance to the next level.
The Student Assistant will be part of Global Governance, Risk & Compliance department, located in Copenhagen. The department is responsible for ensuring governance & compliance in Pandora globally in close collaboration with key stakeholders from regions and functional areas.
The Student Assistant will be working on everyday tasks supporting the fundamentals in our compliance function.
As Student Assistant you will be tasked to:
- Carrying out Sanction screening of business partners and reviewing incoming hits
- Maintaining our Internal Control Framework, changing prepares and reviewers, frequency etc.
- Preparing ad hoc analytical procedures targeting various internal audit reviews
- Helping setting up reports form audit visits
- Ad hoc tasks.
The working hours are very flexible to suit your studies, thus the hours are not fixed, neither in number or timing. Suggested weekly hours is 20, however can be discussed.
The start is as soon as possible and recruitment will continue until the right candidate is found.
A large part of the work will happen in English, since we as a Global function has colleagues all over the world.

- Ability to learn fast and taking on new tasks
- Good overview, critical sense, thorough and sense of “ownership” of tasks and deadlines
- High level of spoken and written English.
You will be part of a company in an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited, passionate and performance-driven people. We are a busy department of 7 people in Copenhagen and another 8 colleagues sitting elsewhere, who work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone.
