Your new role
You will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy in Denmark, Norway and Iceland (Food service / Retail). You will maintain and establish new networks under your supervision in accordance with Bridor's sales and marketing plans. Design the sales strategy for your distribution networks and negotiation of annual agreements. Develop turnover, unit sales and account profitability.Business Development - performing Nordic market analysis to identify new business opportunities. Lead, coordinate, and oversee client accounts with the supporting departments while developing the current range of products and propose new items.
What you'll need to succeed
Consolidated sales and/or business development experience (minimum 3 or 4 years) within Retail and/or Food industry is a requirement to succeed in this position. Strong communication and negotiation skills. By nature you are self-driven, target oriented and able to work independently (this position is home office based). You are able to travel on a monthly basis within your area of responsibility. Great can-do attitude and a commercial mindset to achieve successful business results. Last and not less important, you are fluent in both Danish and English (Norwegian is a plus). Please be aware that applications receive without language requirements will not be considered.
