Your new role
On behalf of our client, UCB, Hays is offering a unique field-based role as Medical Neurology Development Partner.
This is a unique opportunity to enter a role and act as a pioneer in strengthening and shaping the Neurology Franchise in Northern Europe. The Medical Neurology Development Partner will facilitate the development of a broad and deep network of relationships in Denmark and Norway that will include a diverse base of stakeholders around the patient including doctors, nurses, patient associations and payers. The Medical NDP will build collaborations and strong long-term relationships with stakeholders from epilepsy and rare diseases within neuroimmunology. You will work across the health ecosystem to drive change and improve therapeutic awareness and access. You will lead projects by initiating and driving patient value initiatives with your ability to translate data into value creation. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will implement patient value-based solutions. You will work with a high level of agility in a true cross-collaborative manner across commercial, medical and access to support the right solution for the right patient. This position requires a multi-channel approach in order to create value which is why there will be field-based activity throughout Denmark and Norway, and therefore the role will be home-based.
What you'll need to succeed
The preferred candidate possesses an educational background as Medical Doctor, PharmD or PhD. You possess a minimum of 5 years' experience within the pharmaceutical industry, holding valuable knowledge and a proven track record within stakeholder engagement and neuroimmunology. You will act as a professional discussion partner for the KOL's and healthcare professionals within neuroimmunology. Your project management skills and holistic perspective ensure your engagement with all stakeholders surrounding the patient. You have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; a natural talent in catching and capturing your audience. Fluency in Danish and English is a must. On a personal level, you are an outgoing and distinct team player. You possess a sturdy, agile and mature mindset and thrive in a fast-paced and science-driven, independent and ambitious environment.
