Project Coordinator, Design Operations & Development

Job Description:

As a Product Coordinator, you will support the Product Specialists to manage the development of collections and use your strong organizational skills to ensure we achieve the key milestones within Brand Process. You will be a key member of the Design Operations & Development team within Group Product at PANDORA’s Global headquarters in Copenhagen. In cooperation with the product development team in Thailand, you will support the DoD team in the delivery of the new collections which lives up to the designers intentions.

Your areas of responsibility:

Your primary responsibilities will be to support the DOD Product Specialist team within a wide range of daily tasks such as overall support of the Product Specialists in Proto – and finished sample reviews (preparation of samples and updating PLM system) tracking and registrations of samples and updates in excel and/or PLM system among others.

In this position you can expect to elevate the following job assignments:

  • Monitor and track sample development throughout the development process
  • Support DOD in updating of data in the PLM system
  • Assist in preparation, distribution and shipment of all samples.
  • Support in coordination between cross functional teams
  • Creation of reports to summarize collection progress & Masterdata support
  • General clean-up/organizing office space & answering general email requests on behalf of DOD

What is needed to succeed:

  • 1-3 years of experience as project manager, coordinator or similar role with strong prioritizing skills
  • Experience working in jewelry product development highly preferable
  • Superuser of Microsoft Office programs with excellent presentation skills
  • Fluent in English – verbally and written
