Digital Media Test Specialist, Global Marketing

Job description and areas of responsibility:
Pandora exists to give a voice to people’s loves through beautiful and collectable jewelry, and the digital media strategy is of high importance and priority when fulfilling this brand purpose. Therefore, we are now looking for a talented and passionate expert to plan and manage the design, deployment, and evaluation of testing in paid media. The purpose of your tasks is to prove and improve the impact of media on revenue and branding. That includes incrementality experiments, A/B creative testing, testing publishers, programmatic strategies, buying platforms and techniques, data providers, and audiences, etc. You will collaborate with stakeholders including internal media channel owners, internal and external content providers, media agencies, media reporting teams, local markets, tech vendors, and the Pandora data & insights team. Further, you will:
- Manage and schedule a global test plan with stakeholder alignment
- Ensure testing is robust, fair, and scientific
- Ensure tests are deployed, operated, and measured correctly in appropriate platforms (Google)
- Manage Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Perform evaluation and interpretation of test results
- Communicate test results and resulting action standards to stakeholders
What is needed to succeed:
You are likely to have relevant experience with stakeholder management and communication in a global organization, or from an agency working across markets and media channels. You have a solid understanding of how to design and evaluate statistically robust experiments and tests in the digital marketing context. We further believe that professionals with the following skills and experience are well-suited:
- Experience in overseeing regional hold-out testing, placebo/PSA testing, and creative A/B testing
- Preferably some hands-on experience in media buying in at least one buying platform or DSP like DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, etc.
- A bachelors or masters level degree
- +3 years of experience working with global blue chips organizations

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel up to five days a year.
