Student Assistant, Consumer Insights

Job description:

Consumer Insights is a part of the Business Development department, and is responsible for delivering business centric consumer insights to PANDORA globally. We work with a wide range of projects, such as strategic projects for the management team, on-going consumer tracking in over 25 markets, and consumer testing of campaigns and products. The projects demand for a wide range of research methodologies across both qualitative and quantitative sources.

Your areas of responsibilities:

As Student Assistant in the Consumer Insights team, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects, all with the aim of providing meaningful consumer insights to key stakeholders at PANDORA. This means that you will handle many different tasks, from undertaking classic market analysis to coordinating projects, as well as ad-hoc tasks.

In this position you can expect to elevate the following job assignments:

  • Conducting data analysis in Excel, SPSS, and SuperDig
  • Support survey data extraction and analysis of yearly and monthly brand tracker data in 28 markets
  • Setting up surveys in our survey system (Survey Gizmo) as well as overseeing suppliers that set up surveys for us
  • Extracting and reporting data from our Google Dashboard
  • Undertaking desk research to support different projects, including trends research and competitor analysis

What is needed to succeed:

  • First-year Master student or third-year Bachelor student within Economics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel
  • Structured approach to tasks and quality-focused
  • Interest in working with consumer insights and consumer behavior
  • Professional-level English proficiency
  • Experience with market research, survey programs (e.g., SurveyGizmo) and SPSS will be considered an advantage, but not required

Additional information:

The start date is as soon as possible. On average, you are expected to work 15-20 hours per week. There will be flexibility for exam periods and, likewise, flexibility is required in the role during our high-demand periods
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
