Senior QA Professional – Equipment, Utilities and Facilities

In ALK´s Global Quality function, you will become part of a dynamic team with app. 10 dedicated employees working to optimize and simplify the quality management system and the corporate processes in close collaboration with global stakeholders.
As Senior QA Professional, you will act as the expert within the processes related to equipment, utilities and facilities. You will be responsible for interpreting the external requirements of the processes in scope into efficient and simple workflows that can be followed globally, as well as driving global improvements and optimization activities.
Your main tasks will include:
- Authoring the corporate SOPs, Work Instructions, and templates used in the processes
- Ensuring active involvement of key stakeholders, and that the processes are aligned, intuitive, and based on the same logic, in order to make it easy for the end-user
- Be responsible for change management activities in relation to the processes
- Train local users within the processes
- Provide expertise to critical issues on an ongoing basis
This position gives you the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of the future processes within ALK, as well as it gives you a large interface, global responsibility, and a great work environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and GxP experience
You hold a Master´s degree in Pharma or Engineering and have at least 8 years of GxP experience and experience related to the processes related to equipment, utilities and facilities. You have previously worked with implementing global processes and process improvements, and you have a great IT understanding.
As a person, you can work independently and with a minimum amount of support and are able to be the ALK expert within your area. You are proactive and service-minded, and you have the ability to influence stakeholders from all over the organization.
