Global Head of Support

Take our Customer Support to the next level

As the Global Head of Support, you take the managerial and operational ownership of customer support – and customer satisfaction – across the local offices. With your strong people skills and managerial experience, you are the main driver in the operational- and tactical execution of strengthening both the support culture for the departments 10 support employees, but also ensuring optimum efficiency on the support workflows and customer touchpoints. You are competitive as a person and sees it natural to strive to achieve the department’s KPI’s. You will refer directly to the Global Client Success Director.

Specifically, it will be your job to:

  • Day to day manage and coordinate the customer support activities across the countries
  • Set and achieve the departments operational KPI’s, to ensure the departments overall success
  • Define or redefine the departments operational support workflows and procedures
  • Maintaining the departments new CRM-solution Service Cloud from SalesForce

Mandatory qualifications:

  • You have strong operational customer support management experience with a proven track record
  • You have strong analytical skills to map and challenge and if necessary, redefine our existing KPI’s and processes
  • You have support or team phone system experience
  • You are highly proficient in writing and speaking both Danish and English

Preferred qualifications:

  • You are experienced in working with CRM-solutions
  • You have SalesForce Servicecloud experience
  • You have SaaS or on-premise solutions experience within the Workforce, Planning, Salary, HR, CRM or BI area
  • You have experience with Microsoft 365 business

Office and office hours

You will be working at our office situated in Værløse, Ballerupvej 62. Great office facilities in beautiful surroundings. Catering service with the possibility to eat at outdoor areas. Your office hours will be from 08.00 till 16.00, monday to friday, but we both expect and allow flexibility, depending on the workload.
