Head of Social Media and Digital Campaign Ma­na­ge­ment in Amsterdam

 

The social media and digital campaign management is the voice of the business and manages the overall social media and campaign management team. The role is focusing on creating best in class strategies to accelerate user engagement across all digital touchpoints. This position provides the social media managers and the campaign manager with the right information and tools in order to implement these strategies globally.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute global key strategic campaigns from the global brand team into all digital channels and ongoing specification of the ‘digital’ consumer target group for social media
  • Deliver a cut through global social media strategy and develop best in class channel practices by leading the global social media accounts
  • Guide the definition of global social media brand guidelines
  • Set up the yearly campaign and budget plan per digital channel; track channel and campaign KPIs regularly and enforce initiatives
  • Lead the development of digital campaign plans and select high-quality partners (e.g. social media platforms, agencies)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ideally a university degree in business studies, major in marketing / digital brand management and other relevant fields
  • Foundational experience working for a premium brand in consumer or FMCG industry with deep market and (premium) consumer behavior knowledge
  • An acknowledged communicator at all levels with a hands-on attitude with experience in managing an international, cross-functional team and agile ways of working
  • Ability to draw conclusions based on analytic reports and KPIs as well as to lead social media and campaign team
  • Passionate mindset with the user on top of the mind; fluent business English, additional languages are an advantage
