Team Leader for Pan-Nordic Customer Success de­part­ments operated from Denmark

PLM Group operate based on their Nordic and Baltic team where all team members have a shared responsibility to contribute, help and grow the team. The job involves sharing experiences and knowledge across the team with focus on customer needs.

You will assess and facilitate performance improvement plans across customer teams to develop and help them grow within current and new processes and routines. You will also help set the right course and find solutions with a focus on what is best for the individual employee, for the department and not least for the customer.

Your responsibility is to develop the individual employee and the entire team with your visible leadership style and you set the right course in relation to the performance culture in the company.

You will be an active part in supporting company strategies and focus areas of the year and following their latest updated sales strategy. We also expect you to be proactive in contacting customers and you have a natural interest in fulfilling visions for your customers and growing together with them.

You interact meaningfully with your customers, mainly by phone and online communication. You make sure that your customers are updated on the products and services. 

Primary responsibilities & skills

  • Build and maintaining relations through a digital contactplan to our small and midzise customers

  • Secure our repeat license deals to all customers

    • Ensure close dialog with Business Development regarding customer needs and potential

  • Maintain and develop our CRM-system (Dynamics 365)

  • Grow Services sales including upgrading CAD, recapture the customers service agreements

  • Generate new license opportunities through meaningful customer interactions

    • Occasionally through campaigns, leads or centralized activities

  • Performance management through remote management and at your location in Denmark

  • Ongoing KPI reports to the Customer Experience Manager

  • Reports on development and improvement processes for the customer success teams

You will work closely with the Country Business Managers across group level and you will regularly travel (30-50 days a year) to the main offices across the group.

Qualifications and more about you:

  • You are used to working with performance management in an organization that is focused on sales and performance and you are very conscious of your responsibilities

  • You have a clear and well-documented leadership style towards the employees and you appear proactive

  • You communicate strongly, have the ability to make decisions and you are very driven by results

  • In your leadership you are a visionary and strong-willed person and you are able to observe and set the directions

  • You meet others with confidence, you are constructive, clear in your feedback and you work structured with a clear plan for goals and results

  • You manage to build and develop the team around data development, drive this development and make conclusions from that data and report on to the Customer Experience Manager

  • You focus on opportunities and manage to execute on your tasks

Language skills: You speak and write English at negotiation level.

IT Skills: Superuser in MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. You are used to working with data from ERP systems.

If you have experience with Solid Works, it is considered an advantage but not a requirement.
