Junior Accounting Manager

Air Liquide is now looking for a Junior Accounting Manager in Taastrup/Horsens! In this role, you will act as a business partner within accounting in Denmark, meaning that you will have the responsibility of accounting and be a single point of contact. Your mission and how you will make an impact
In this role, you will be supporting the organisation within accounting in Denmark and therefore be the link between the business and the financial department. The work content includes full responsibility to deliver the Danish financial statement, tax calculation and declaration and other reporting to authorities according to local legal requirements. Preparing the annual financial report, analyzing Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and handling of investment processes i.e fixed asset accounting according to described operating model are also included. In addition, you are responsible for insurances, preparing statistics and coordinating audits.
You will be supporting and working closely with the team in our shared service center in Portugal and be able to participate in different business projects in the Nordics where your expertise will be highly valued. You will therefore have the opportunity to learn more about the accounting processes in the Nordics as well as build an international network.
Since Air Liquide is constantly developing, you will work in a changing environment and have the opportunity to suggest improvements and take initiatives in order to make our processes leaner.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you have a couple of years of experience within accounting as well as tax regulation in Denmark and are experienced in preparing annual reports independently.
As you will have close contact with your stakeholders, we believe that you have the ability to build strong relationships and are a clear communicator. Your team is based in Sweden, Finland and Denmark and you will have close cooperation with the shared service center in Portugal, therefore, we also believe that you appreciate working independently and are comfortable in meeting your team primarily in video calls. As a person you are driven, have an analytical mindset and you enjoy working in a structured way with the eyes on the details.
To apply for this role you are fluent in Danish, both written and verbal, and have a good work proficiency in English since that is our corporate language.
