Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Professional Trade team in Denmark.

As a Key Account Manager you´ll be responsible for building and fostering relationships with named key accounts to maximize sales and profitability with these accounts. You have an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy in Denmark and define an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Signify as well as operationally managing the execution. This KAM position covers the region of western Denmark as well as selected nationwide installers.

What you’ll do

  • Build relationships with named installers and wholesalers in the western part of Denmark

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders of the key accounts

  • Organize and host demos and webinars

  • Demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify new commercial opportunities

  • Drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customers challenges and taking on a solution-based approach

What you´ll need

  • A degree in a related field of e.g. Electrical Engineering, preferably combined with experience in the installer industry

  • 3+ years experience in a customer facing Key Account Manager role focusing on industrial products and/or solution selling  

  • A positive, accommodating and proactive attitude towards both customers and colleagues

  • The ability to work persistently, structured and professionally with your customers to reach goals

  • Driven by advisory sales and you get energy from creating results

  • Fluent Danish and English language skills
