International program: Air Liquide Leading EXcellence
Air Liquide Leading EXcellence (ALLEX) Program offers international development opportunities for ambitious graduates with a maximum of three years work experience. The program runs in parallel with your employment and lasts for about two years.

During the program you will get the opportunity to complete two international assignments (3 months each) that are designed to challenge and develop you both professionally and personally. We have ALLEX roles in all different functions: Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply chain... And in all European countries where Air Liquide is present.

Your mission and how you'll make an impact
Being our Marketing Coordinator within Healthcare, means having the responsibility for the sustainable content development for our website, social media, email marketing in the Nordics to maximize communication that teaches, helps and informs our prospects and customers and ultimately generates new leads. You will be responsible for most, if not all, external communication, and help us leverage our already existing content marketing culture within the department.

This involves coordinating and adapting the content development (articles, infographics,videos etc) with all necessary stakeholders, both internally and externally (sales, customers, suppliers such as copywriter, translation office, video agency etc.). You will also be responsible for the generation of traffic to our social media platforms and plan all content accordingly to create an excellent customer experience for our Nordic customers.

This position will include a wide variation of responsibilities, and a typical week could be: looking through our product catalogue and handle our master data, delivering new pieces of content (text, video and/or audio), social media engagement, learning new tools, meeting with the business developers and sales team to support with marketing materia, get new content ideas, etc.

As being a part of the Healthcare Communication team, you will be collaborating on a daily basis with your colleagues in France, but also work closely together with the Nordic sales team. You will join us during an exciting change journey where your contribution might make a great impact on our work processes and the customer experience at Air Liquide Healthcare.

Who are you?
If you have an educational background within Marketing or Communication, you already have the basis for taking on this role! We believe you have already been involved in leading different projects - potentially during your time at University - and therefore you work in an organised and structured way.

To further thrive in this position, we believe that you are motivated by taking your own initiatives to drive change. As you will be handling the master data and following up the numbers, we expect you to have an analytical mindset and are able to use your creativity to create action plans from these. You are an eager learner and like to share your own knowledge with others to improve our work.

In the role as Marketing Coordinator as well as being a part of the ALLEX program, you will be collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders, locally and internationally on different levels. Therefore, we believe you are a structured and clear communicator interested in getting an international experience and working together with different cultures with other perspectives and backgrounds.

You are fluent in at least one of the Nordic languages, preferably with good knowledge in both Danish and Swedish primarily. You are also fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Additional Information
The location of this position is flexible between Taastrup, Horsens (Denmark) or Malmö (Sweden), and the expected start date is in August. You will be reporting directly to Medical Sales Manager, Michael Simonsen.
