Your mission and how you'll make an impact

As Project Coordinator, you will have a key position in a new project within the Nordics. One of the most important tasks in this role is making sure there is an alignment between the teams involved in the project (Supply chain, Production, Sales and Customer Management) regarding roll out planning, logistic set up, VMI etc. as well as coordinate and align for the Packed Gases team and the Project team in Europe.

You will also support the Project Manager in the transformation and change management work and ensure implementing new ways of working, flows and structures needed in the project scope for the function.

As a part of the role, you will have an overview and coordination of assets and investments, follow up the tracking, maintenance, returns and claims and therefore have a close relationship with the customers. You will also create performance reports, analyze the result and propose actions for improvements.

This is an excellent opportunity for you who like to act as the spider in the web between different stakeholders and are able to quickly respond to new decisions. If you are interested in gaining experience in leadership and get to know the business on different levels, this is a great step for you!

Who are you?

You love customers and you keep them happy by creating good structure and accuracy in your work tasks!

As you will be expected to ensure to deliver the orders on time as well as to follow up and act on deviations, we believe that you are detail oriented, analytical and able to use your competence with figures, graphs and data systems even in hectic periods. Being responsible for ensuring coordination between different teams, means that we believe that you value great cooperation and are a confident communicator.

In order to apply for this role, we believe that you have a relevant educational background within Supply Chain Management and a couple of years working experience within this field. You will also have good use of your previous experience in coordinating and consulting in different projects. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in SAP and Google tools. For this role, you need to speak and write Danish fluently and have good work proficiency in English.

Additional information
