Job description:

As an HR Business Partner at Air Liquide Nordics, you will act as the single point of contact for managers and employees in Denmark and Norway for all major HR topics, and ensure the deployment of the HR strategy. You will belong to a diverse Nordic HR team where we value openness, support, and having a good laugh together. This is a great opportunity for you who want to develop in a visible HR role with intercultural relationships.

This role includes cooperating closely with the employees as well as supporting the operational managers in developing talent, their leadership, engagement, organisation and culture. In addition to that, plan and carry out any activities in our annual HR cycle. You will provide coaching on change and people management issues, diversity & inclusion, and support the business in well-being and collaboration.

You will partner with hiring managers in recruitment and provide great candidate experience. You will be responsible for organizing interviews, supporting the offer process and creating the employment contracts. In contributing to a successful employee experience, you will conduct career interviews, collaborate with Talent Developer and your other HRBP colleagues to facilitate the development of employees as well as encourage feedback throughout the organisation.

When you have been fully introduced to your role, we expect you to later on manage HR related projects to be rolled out towards the Nordics. Required profile:

To thrive in this role, we are looking for a talented facilitator who would like to develop their leadership skills and are ready to take on the full HR responsibility.

We believe that you have an educational background in HR and 3-5 years of experience within HR in a bigger organisation, for example as an HR consultant or HR Business Partner. It's considered a plus if you have experience negotiating with unions/union representatives, but most importantly; You are a confident and efficient communicator.

You have good knowledge in Danish and English, both verbal and written. It's an advantage if you also speak or understand another Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish).
