About the Role 

We are looking for a Head of Key Accounts Denmark to join our Nordics Cluster. It is a phenomenal opportunity to take ownership for Off-Trade and On-Trade retailers and buying groups together with your team. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring and developing the team of Key Account Managers
  • Perform against set financial targets & executional standards
  • Implement channel plans and create strong customer plans to unlock growth opportunities
  • Deliver excellence in building customer relationships
  • Maintain relationships with external and internal partners
  • Develop and implement externally focused channel & customer strategy
  • Being a sparring partner to the Commercial Director Nordics

About You 

  • 7+ years in commercial functions within Consumer Goods
  • University degree (or equivalent), ideally in business administration/economics
  • Ideally experience as line manager
  • Business acumen paired with strong analytical skills
  • Previous working relationship with Danish retailers / buying groups strongly preferred
  • Training on and/or significant on-the-job exposure to negotiations and JBP conversations
  • Fluent in Danish & English
