Job purpose

Tender and Pricing Coordinator Nordics supports with the contracted sales (tendering) and the price submissions for the Nordic region. Having day-to-day contact with authorities, our distributors and Wholesalers as well as monitor market and price movements. Furthermore, they are a contributor in tendering strategies and ensure to remain compliant with industry standards. Tender and Pricing Coordinator troubleshoot processes, analyze changes in prices and ensure prices are fully optimized.
Along with that also a contributor to the operational acceleration of Nordics and Northern Europe Cluster’s digital customer engagement and are a contributor of becoming a partner of choice for the national health system, HCPs and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring, identify, coordinate, and submit Hospital and Pharmacy tenders on a Nordic level.
  • Keep summaries, local and global systems up to date.
  • Making sure all tender documentations are up to date and
  • Ensure that the finance department along with Wholesalers get the correct information to insert calculated rebates/ discounts into our reported figures.
  • Developing tender-processes and strategies to ensure to remain compliant with industry standards and as well as making data-driven decisions.
  • Support with different Commercial initiatives in the Nordics along with other task that may reasonably be requested to fulfill the role

Education

  • Bachelor – BA or Economics
  • Master – BA or Economics (preferred)

Experience

  • Understanding tender set-up for pharmaceutical products
  • Experience from working within Pharmaceuticals
  • Understanding of the Nordics structure

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of the Nordic health environment / country health authorities & - legislation as well as tender processes.
  • Matrix Management: Network way of working
  • Fluent in both local language(s) and English
