Key Account Manager

Then we have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Denmark!

In this role, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to work with leading brands in Confectionary and Biscuits such as Marabou, Oreo, Stimorol & V6.
  • Drive the business with the assigned retail customer, from planning to execution.
  • Be your customer’s ambassador within Mondelez International.
  • Learn to master MDLZ Way Of Selling, becoming a category management, sales and negotiation expert.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the partner of choice for our customers.
  • Deliver customer financial and commercial results in line with our category targets.
  • Translate each category plan into relevant, compelling annual plans, in close partnership with our retail customers.
  • Continuously evaluate and follow up on business results to ensure corrective actions are identified & implemented.
  • Negotiate customer contracts and list prices in line with category guidelines
  • Provide inputs to forecasting to ensure the best service to our customers & consumers.
  • Drive excellence in execution in the store by ensuring availability & visibility of our brands.
  • Plan consumer promotion and events with customers that deliver category growth.  
  • Work closely with our field sales team to secure best-in-class execution in store.
  • Ensure proper administration support between Customers & Mondelez, in cooperation with our Sales Operations team and other stakeholders.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor degree in business admin or equivalent.
  • Some experience in FMCG in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Field Sales or Marketing.
  • Driving license required. 
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelez Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
