Description of position

You are going to work as an Audit and Compliance Manager in the Quality System (QS) organization. Your core task will be auditing our suppliers. Based on your background and work experience you will evaluate the quality level of e.g. material suppliers and contract manufacturers and qualify them with quality questionnaires, audits and risk assessments. You will also develop our processes continuously. The position gives you a wide view of quality management systems and their implementations among different companies in and outside EU countries.

Location: the selected person's location can be agreed upon but the main base will be in Copenhagen.

Description of unit

The Supplier Qualification team belongs to Quality System, which is part of the Quality Management organization.  The responsibility of Quality System is to manage, maintain and develop Company’s quality level. Our responsibilities include Supplier Qualifications, Quality Agreements, Technical QA, Computerized System QA, GxP Training, Inspections, Compliance follow-up, ISO13485 responsibilities and regulatory guidance follow-up.

Requirements

In order to succeed in this role, we wish you have the following:

  • University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry or similar
  • Experience in quality management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong competence in GMP skills. Other GxP and Medical Device skills are considered as advantage
  • Familiarity with processes of production, quality control and quality assurance in pharma industry
  • Readiness to travel abroad and in Finland
  • Fluent oral and written English language skills
  • Fluent IT skills and knowledge of IT systems

As a person, we hope you are proactive, exact and like to keep things in order. In addition, a capability to handle simultaneous tasks and to work independently is a prerequisite. Furthermore, we wish you are going to be an active member of the team sharing responsibilities and driving continuous development.
